ROBERT M. JARA

Robert M. Jara has served as the President and CEO of First CornerStone Bank since May 2006. Prior, he served as the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer since the Bank's inception in March 2000. Mr. Jara, a C.P.A., has been in Banking for over 35 years. Mr. Jara received a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis University. As well, Mr. Jara is an MBA graduate of Widener University and a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He serves on several boards and committees including Cabrini College, the Historic Lansdowne Theatre Corp, Saint Philomena Finance Committee, and the Daemion Counseling Center.

ELIZABETH A. FIFER

Ms. Fifer has served as an Officer of Phoenix Mobile Homes, Inc. for over 30 years. Phoenix Mobile Homes, Inc., a business founded in 1948 by James K Overstreet, specializes in the acquisition and management of mobile home parks and other real estate related ventures in the eastern and southern United States.

DAVID C. KIRK

For almost 20 years, Mr. Kirk has been the President of Powerco, Inc., a heavy construction equipment dealer with locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior thereto, Mr. Kirk assisted in the management of his family's mechanical contracting business, supervising a staff of 75 employees.

RICHARD J. PULEO

Richard J. Puleo has been an attorney specializing in real estate and business transactions since 1985. Prior thereto, Mr. Puleo served in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington D.C. from 1981 to 1985. Mr. Puleo is a graduate of Penn State University and California Western School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Puleo also is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he received his Masters of Law in Taxation.

MICHAEL C. RITTER

Mr. Ritter is the acting Chairman of the Board of First CornerStone Bank. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Credit Acquisition.

Michael C. Ritter is an experienced financial services executive, with a 29-year history of forming, acquiring, operating, and selling specialty finance companies. Prior to re-launching Flagship in 2006, Mr. Ritter was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Investment Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of Itochu International Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Tokyo based Itochu Corporation. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Ritter was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Original Flagship, a billion dollar auto finance company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Copelco Financial Services Group (“Copelco”). Mr. Ritter is a C.P.A., a former manager with Coopers & Lybrand, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the banking and leasing industry as a member of the firm’s national banking group.

THOMAS M. SALTSGIVER

Mr. Saltsgiver is President and founder of Muncy Homes, Inc., a modular home manufacturer located in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Muncy Homes, Inc, which was founded in 1973, has 3 manufacturing plants, and markets products under the names Muncy Homes, Superior Builders, and Premier Builders. Muncy Homes distributes its products throughout the northeastern United States.

JOE M. THOMSON

Mr. Thomson is the founder and owner of Pacer Financial, Inc., a financial wholesaling firm that represents insurance companies and asset management firms. Mr. Thomson has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and investment world. Prior to establishing Pacer Financial, Mr. Thomson was President and co-founder of PLANCO, one of the largest independent financial wholesaling companies in North America. In addition, Mr. Thomson is a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor. Mr. Thomson holds the FINRA General Principal's license, the PA Life & Annuity Insurance license, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
