Q. What is an e-Statement?
A. An e-Statement is an electronic copy of the paper statement you currently receive. The statement is delivered to you via an e-mail with a link to our secure Choice Banking Online service where you can view, print or download your statement.
Q. How do e-Statements work?
A. When you enroll for e-Statements, you will begin receiving your monthly account statements through Choice Banking Online. Each month, when your statement cycles, you will receive an e-mail notification saying that your e-Statement is available for viewing. You will then follow the directions in the e-mail, and be able to view, print or download your statement online.

Q. Is there a fee to receive my e-Statement online?
A. No, e-Statements are absolutely FREE to all First CornerStone Bank customers.
Q. What accounts are currently available to receive e-Statements?
A. All personal and business checking and savings accounts that currently receive statements will be eligible to receive electronic statements.
Q. How secure are e-Statements?
A. Your statement is not sent through an e-mail. The e-mail you receive only contains a notification that your statement is available for viewing. You will then log in to Choice Banking Online which is a secure website, where your account information is protected by 256-bit encryption. We strongly encourage you not to share your login information with anyone.
Q. What else will I need to do to receive my e-Statement?
A. You must be enrolled in Choice Banking Online, and have an active User ID and password. If you are not enrolled for Internet banking, you can do so by visiting www.firstcornerstone.com and clicking the link for “New Users” in the top right corner.
Q. Will my e-Statement look the same as my printed Statement I am currently receiving?
A. Your e-Statement will be a PDF version of your actual printed statement. It will look the same as it does now.
Q. How do I sign up for e-Statements?
A. To sign up for e-Statements, you must be signed up for Choice Banking Online. Once you are signed up for Choice Banking Online, log into your account(s). Click the button at the top of the page. After clicking the button, follow the directions to sign up.
After Signing Up
Q. After I sign up, when can I expect to receive my first e-Statement?
A. Beginning with your next statement cycle, you will begin to receive your statement electronically and stop receiving paper statements. If your statement has recently been prepared for printing but not mailed yet, you may receive one last paper statement before the e-Statements begin.
Q. How will I know my Statement is available to view?
A. You will receive a notification by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us in your Choice Banking online application. You will then follow the directions given in the email to view your statement.
Q. Can I have my e-Statement notification sent to more than one e-mail address?
A. No, only one e-mail address is associated to your Choice Banking Online profile. If this e-mail address changes, you should notify us immediately.
Q. Is there special software required to view my e-Statement?
A. Yes, your e-Statement will be in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. To download the most recent free version of Acrobat, please visit www.acrobat.com.
Q. How long will my statement be available to view online?
A. Your e-Statement will be available online for 12 months. We recommend that you either save each statement to a file on your computer, or print a copy for your records. Your statement history will populate from the time when you sign up for e-Statements, and will accumulate up to 12 months.
Q. How do I save a copy of my statement on my computer?
A. In the Adobe PDF file, go to the File option at the top of the screen and click on "Save a Copy". Your computer will then ask you where you want to save the file.
Q. How do I print a copy of my e-Statement?
A. In the Adobe PDF file, go to the File option at the top of the screen and click on Print.
Q. Can I get a printed copy of past statements? Will a fee apply?
A. You will have 12 months of statements available online which you can print. If you would like a statement from previous months, you can call your local branch at 888-963- FCSB to request a copy. Fees may apply for printed copies.
Q. What do I do if I do not receive my notification or my e-Statement is not available?
A. If you have not received your notification or your e-Statement isn't showing up online, please contact your local branch at 888-963-FCSB or e-mail email@example.com.
Q. Once I sign up, may I change my mind and go back to receiving my statements by mail?
A. To reinstate the mailing of printed statements, you must submit either a written notification or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us to take you off e-Statements. Your next statement will be delivered by U.S. Mail.
