ROBERT M. JARA

Robert M. Jara has served as the President and CEO of First CornerStone Bank since May 2006. Prior, he served as the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer since the Bank's inception in March 2000. Mr. Jara, a CPA, has been in Banking for over thirty years. Mr. Jara's prior assignments include serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Commercial Bank of Philadelphia, as well as Vice President-Finance for State Bancshares Inc. Mr. Jara received a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis University and an MBA degree from Widener University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

LAWRENCE D. PERSICK

Lawrence Persick is Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for First CornerStone Bank. He has been in the Banking, Lending and Investment Consulting industries for over 40 years. Mr. Persick began his career with First Pennsylvania Bank and later served as a Federal Reserve examiner. Mr. Persick held several executive positions with Jefferson Bank, including President of Jefferson Bank of NJ and EVP of Jefferson Bank. Most recently, he was an investment representative with Edward Jones and Ameriprise for five years. His responsibilities with FCSB include overseeing the Commercial and Consumer Lending groups, as well as heading the Choice Financial Services Department. Mr. Persick joined FCSB in July 2006 as a Vice President & Loan Officer. Mr. Persick has a B.S. from LaSalle College and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

SALLY A. SHIRK

Sally Shirk is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for First CornerStone Bank. She has been in the Banking and Loan Operations industries for 25 years. Mrs. Shirk began her career with First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Pottstown which later became Patriot Bank, with a market presence in Berks, Montgomery and Chester Counties as well as the Lehigh Valley. Mrs. Shirk joined FCSB in February 2005 and her responsibilities include all phases of operations and branch administration. She is a graduate of Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking.
