RICHARD J PULEO

Richard J Puleo serves as the Chairman of the Board of First CornerStone Bank. Mr. Puleo has been an attorney specializing in real estate and business transactions since 1985. Prior thereto, Mr. Puleo served in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington D.C. from 1981 to 1985. Mr. Puleo is a graduate of Penn State University and California Western School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Puleo also is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he received his Masters of Law in Taxation.

ROBERT M JARA

Robert M Jara has served as the President and CEO of First CornerStone Bank since May 2006. Prior, he served as the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer since the Bank's inception in March 2000. Mr. Jara, a CPA, has been in Banking for over thirty years. Mr. Jara received a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis University. As well, Mr. Jara is an MBA graduate of Widener University and a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He serves on several boards including the National Kidney Foundation of the Delaware Valley, the Greater Lansdowne Civic Association, the Lansdowne Boys Club and Saint Philomena CYO.

ELIZABETH A FIFER

Mrs. Fifer has served as an Officer of Phoenix Mobile Homes, Inc for over twenty five years. This business was founded in 1948 by James K. Overstreet. Phoenix Mobile Homes, Inc specializes in the acquisition and management of mobile home parks and other real estate related ventures in the eastern and southern United States.

DAVID C KIRK

For the past 10 years, Mr. Kirk has been the President of Powerco, Inc., a heavy construction equipment dealer with locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior thereto, Mr. Kirk assisted in the management of his family's mechanical contracting business, supervising a staff of 75 employees.

FRANCIS J PULEO

Mr. Puleo a licensed real estate broker who became Secretary of the Bank, upon its commencement of activities, is the owner of F. J. Puleo Management Company, which is located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Puleo, a thirty-year resident of Phoenixville and a graduate of Penn State University, is active in real estate and real estate investment with J. Puleo and Sons. Mr. Puleo is a member of the Charlestown Historical Commission, a member of the Pennsylvania Horse Breeders Association and a member of the Phoenixville Jaycees.

MICHAEL C RITTER

Mr. Ritter has over 30 years of financial experience. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Flagship Financial Services Corporation and its two primary affiliates, Franklin Equity Leasing Company and Advant Auto Group LLC. Mr. Ritter's prior assignments were Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Itochu International Inc. the U.S. subsidiary of Tokyo based Itochu Corporation, Chairman of Telerent Leasing Corporation and Chairman and C.E.O. of Healthcare Business Credit Corporation both major subsidiaries of Itochu International Inc.

THOMAS M SALTSGIVER

Mr. Saltsgiver is President and founder of Muncy Homes, Inc., a modular home manufacturer located in Muncy, Pennsylvania. Muncy Homes, Inc, which was founded in 1973, has three manufacturing plants and markets products under the names Muncy Homes, Superior Builders, and Premier Builders. Muncy Homes distributes its products throughout the northeastern United States.

RICHARD F STEVENS

Mr. Stevens is currently retired after spending over forty years in the banking industry. From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Stevens served as President and Chief Executive Officer of New Century Bank. Prior thereto, Mr. Stevens served as a consultant to the banking industry from 1990 to 1998. In addition, from 1987 to 1990 Mr. Stevens served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Security National Bank.

JOE M THOMSON

Mr. Thomson was the President and co-founder of PLANCO, Inc., one of the nation's oldest and most respected wholesalers of financial products. In addition, Mr. Thomson is a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor. Mr. Thomson holds national memberships in the Chartered Life Underwriters Association and the International Association of Financial Planning. Mr. Thomson currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development with Hartford Life.
