ROBERT M JARA

Robert M Jara has served as the President and CEO of First CornerStone Bank since May 2006. Prior, he served as the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer since the Bank's inception in March 2000. Mr. Jara, a CPA, has been in Banking for over thirty years. Mr. Jara's prior assignments include serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Commercial Bank of Philadelphia, as well as Vice President-Finance for State Bancshares Inc. Mr. Jara received a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis University and an MBA degree from Widener University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

ANTHONY N RENZO

Anthony N Renzo is the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for First CornerStone Bank. Mr. Renzo has been in the Banking and Commercial Lending industries for over thirty years. He recently joined First CornerStone Bank in September 2006, after serving as the President of Pennsylvania Business Bank. Mr. Renzo is a graduate of Villanova University.

SALLY A SHIRK

Sally Shirk is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for First CornerStone Bank. She has been in the Banking and Loan Operations industries for 25 years. Mrs. Shirk began her career with First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Pottstown which later became Patriot Bank, with a market presence in Berks, Montgomery and Chester Counties as well as the Lehigh Valley. Mrs. Shirk joined FCSB in February 2005 and her responsibilities include all phases of loan servicing for mortgage, consumer, commercial loans and credit card processing. She is a graduate of Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking.
